John is a fitness enthusiast and an ex-trader turned experienced angel investor. John is a Partner at Rehabilitation Health and Experts Unite, manages a family office, Ember Capital, and is active in evaluating and funding startups. Following a successful career in the commodities trading industry, where he ultimately managed BP’s WTI book and North American strategy, John turned his focus to investing in early stage companies. John is also a member of the Intercontinental Exchange Brent Index Advisory Committee.

Jen Bieber, DPT

Jen Bieber, DPT

Co-Founder

Jen Bieber earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah, recognized as a Pro Bono National Honor Society member and Widener Award recipient. Jen specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA-1), and passionately addresses the entire kinetic chain of each patient to educate and empower them to reach their potential. Jen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Fitness, and Recreational Resources, Health Promotion Concentration and a Minor in Psychology from the George Mason University Honors College, where she was a member and captain of the varsity tennis team.

Kyle is a passionate trainer that has been working with clients for the last 12 years. Kyle has founded or been an early employee at 3 startups and was previously an investment banker at Nomura FIG. Kyle has a MBA from BYU and a MBC from the University of Utah. Kyle is also NASM-CPT, PES, and CNC certified.

Marissa Poulin

Marissa is a passionate designer who has been helping companies create their brands for 10 years. Prior to Ready2Exercise, she designed and built the UI assets, website, and video/social media content for a health and wellness startup. She is pursuing a UX/UI certification from Google and has a BA in ASL from ISU.

Brianne Showman, PT

Brianne Showman, PT

Brianne Showman is a OCR and Running Coach, Functional Movement Specialist, Running Technique Specialist, Barefoot Training Specialist, Doctor of Physical Therapy, AND Athlete. She transitioned to a coaching aspect with her career in order to help athletes minimize their injuries and her mission is to create highly functional and resilient athletes through proper training. She helps athletes resolve injuries in less time by getting to the root of the problem, improving movement patterns, and incorporating proper training to help the body to move more efficiently, more powerfully, and in less injury-prone ways.

Bruce Carrington

Bruce Carrington

Bruce is a fitness enthusiast and a no and low code developer and project manager. Bruce has spent the past three years building digital health products with Rehabilitation Health and supporting company operations. Prior, he worked to identify and diligence startup and emerging technology companies for partnership, investment, or acquisition by major corporations. He was also responsible for research, product development, and go-to-market strategy for a digital banking application. Bruce received a Bachelor of Arts in Efficiency of Political Economy from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Economics, Mathematics, and Politics.

Jeramy Lund

Jeramy Lund

Jeramy is an entrepreneur, advisor and investor who helps start and invest in organizations that have a multiplier effect in their outcomes. Jeramy is the Co-Founder of Rehabilitation Health, the Sr. Director of CRA Equity Investments at Ally, Principal Partner for XIII, LLC; a diversified family holding and a partner at Valter's Osteria. He was formerly the Managing Director of the Sorenson Impact Center and Managing Director of University Venture Funds I & II for the University of Utah. Jeramy is a Board Member of the Community Foundation of Utah, a member of the Kickstart Seed Fund (I&II) Investment Committees, and Treasurer of the Lund Foundation. Jeramy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and his MBA from Harvard University.

David Noteware

David Noteware

David is a serial entrepreneur in technology companies with a concentration in heavily-regulated industries like finance technology, legal services, and defense. David is a Partner at Rehabilitation Health, the Managing member of WG Ventures, an Executive in Residence at the University of Utah Office of Technology and Venture Commercialization and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business. Experienced in all aspects of early stage companies from start-up through sales growth, David has founded multiple companies through venture financings with exits through M&A. David has an MBA from the Wharton School, a JD from University of Texas School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, David was previously COO and General Counsel for the University City Science Center in Philadelphia, one of the nation's longest standing and largest innovation hubs.

Jeff Taylor

Jeff is a Partner at Rehabilitation Health. He has held many different roles in his 15 years of experience across product, support, design and engineering. He has worked in many different industries as a Product Manager including Business Intelligence, Financial Services, and Identity and Access Management. He has built a career of finding opportunities in archaic software, processes and architectures to build innovative solutions that customers love. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
